UZH molecular biologist and entrepreneur Ana Montalban-Arques has set herself an ambitious goal: she wants to beat cancer with intestinal bacteria - preferably without side effects. The head of the Zurich biotech start-up Recolony is researching a cancer therapy that is already causing a sensation internationally. Now her story is portrayed in 20 min.

Ana Montalban-Arques was previously funded for her innovative therapy with a UZH Entrepreneur Fellowship and an SNF BRIDGE Grant. Recolony was accepted into the WyssZurich Accelerator in spring 2022.
