Delta Labs AG

Delta Labs develops Elaiia, an AI-powered customer simulation platform. Elaiia creates a digital representation of a company's customer population and can be enriched with proprietary first-party data. This enables teams to simulate how different customer segments are likely to respond to decisions regarding products, pricing, communication, and strategy before those decisions are implemented in the market.

The company was founded in 2022 by Dr. Cindy Candrian and Dr. Anne Scherer, both of whom conducted research at the University of Zurich on AI-supported decision-making and human-machine interaction. In March 2026, Delta Labs closed a seed funding round of EUR 4.4 million.
