CLYOS

CLYOS develops psychological assessments grounded in scientific research to give individuals a precise understanding of their character strengths. Organisations use these tools to identify and cultivate their employees’ potential. The core product, CLYOScope, is an adaptive, bias-resistant instrument for measuring character strengths such as a sense of justice, future-mindedness and enthusiasm. CLYOS also conducts studies to refine CLYOScope and other diagnostic tools, translating research findings into practical applications.
CLYOS was co-founded by Dr Alexander Stahlmann, alumnus of the University of Zurich.
