Qualysense was founded by Francesco Dell’Endice and Olga Peter. The startup develops and produces machines that sort food ingredients which are used by the food and beverage industry. They have developed a robot that is able to analyze and sort grains, seeds and beans by protein or gluten content, size, color or fungal infestation really fast. This new technology may someday help to improve the work of food manufacturers, coffee producers and grain processors.
