Celerato

Celerato GmbH is a Swiss-based MedTech start-up that offers an efficient solution for structured reporting in the field of pathology and cytology with its SynReport software.

The ongoing digitalization of healthcare holds enormous potential, but this potential can only be exploited through consistent standardized data collection. With its software SynReport, Celerato GmbH, a spin-off of the University of Zurich, provides an uncomplicated solution for structured reporting. In addition to the benefits for research, reporting with SynReport enables significant time savings in everyday clinical practice, a consistently high report quality, and the establishment of a robust database for the further development of artificial intelligence.

The SynReport software was developed as part of the SNF PathoLink project in collaboration with four Swiss pathology institutes and spun off in 2020 with the purpose of ensuring the further development of the software even after the end of the project and to further advance the implementation of structured reporting. In 2020, more than 10,000 reports have already been generated with the software.
