In 2017, Dr. Daniela Marino founded the company CUTISS AG with several business partners. Working with a small biopsy of the healthy skin of a patient, the University of Zurich Spin-Off can create personalized skin transplants on a large-scale basis using biotechnology. The effectiveness of the skin product is currently being tested on children and adults as part of a phase 2 clinical study as part of the denovoSkin project at Wyss Zurich, which is providing funding. Wyss Zurich
