Create a strong product profile
The Product Lab is a unique program created to empower sciencepreneurs to build the foundations for ventures that can attract partners and investors.
All Enterpreneur Fellows «Bio & MedTech» will join the Product Lab to kick-off their projects. Fellows work on their projects individually, in groups and guided by experts and entrepreneurs to create a strong product profile, identify gaps and set clear milestones to bring their venture closer to market. The Product Lab provides fellows with the structure, mindset, insights and network to become independent entrepreneurs.

The Product Lab will take place in person at UZH with the following workshop dates in 2026:
- Kick-off & Workshop I: September 1st, 9.00 – 16.30
- Workshop II: September 8th, 9.00 – 16.30
- Workshop III: September 15th, 9.00 – 16.30
- Workshop IV: September 22nd 9.00 – 16.30
- Workshop V: September 29th, 9.00 –12.00
- Presentations with mentors: October 2nd, 9.00 –12.00

- Reframe research goals as a hypothesis about your future product
- Validate your hypothesis with experts and customers
- Learn and get insights from following your peers in their process
- Learn the tools to be an independent entrepreneur

Participants
The Product Lab is currently only offered to Enterpreneur Fellows «Bio & MedTech».
Participants are expected to:
- dedicate at least 50 % of their time to the Product Lab during the month of September.
- engage proactively, challenge assumptions, and collaborate openly with peers and experts.
